HELEN MANGNALL

FINANCE DIRECTOR 

Helen started her career at Price Waterhouse Coopers in 1999, qualifying as a Chartered Accountant in 2002. In 2003, Helen joined United Utilities as a Senior Auditor and worked across a number of finance roles including Financial Accountant for the Business Development and International division and Capital Finance Manager.

Helen joined the Premex business in 2014 as Financial Controller and was promoted to Premex Group Finance Director in 2019. Reporting to the ExamWorks UK Finance Director, Helen heads up the Premex Group Finance and Credit Control function and her key responsibilities include preparing budgets and forecasts and analysing and reporting on the group’s financial performance. Helen oversees the implementation of accounting policies and financial controls, and contribute to the achievement of the company's business objectives by providing advice and guidance on financial strategy.
