Wayne joined Premex as Operations Director in January 2024, moving into the medico-legal industry after an impressive career in operations for companies such as Key Group, Carole Nash, Provident Insurance and AXA. With over 30 years’ experience working in operations, change management and business transformation, Wayne has a proven track record in delivering tailored solutions to help businesses achieve their strategic objectives.
Wayne is responsible for our Premex and Premex+ brands, overseeing a team of almost 200. He is responsible for driving operational efficiency, leveraging technology in line with our business growth objectives and ensuring our customers receive a best-in-class service.
